
Our shipping commitment
Whirlybird orders are despatched with the environment in mind. All online businesses struggle to get this completely right. That doesn’t mean you do nothing. We continually review how we deliver to minimise the impact on the environment.
This is where we are now:
- We have a flat delivery fee of £2.99 per order, through the UK
- We hand-deliver all products in our local area
- We only despatch twice a week to reduce the number of collection runs (Mondays and Thursdays)
- Where it makes sense, we hand-deliver outside our local area
- We use UPS & EVRI to deliver
Our promise is that we will always consider the best way to get the order to the customer – it is never a one-size-fits-all process.
Online returns.
Damaged in transit: To notify us that your item has arrived damaged please complete the form below.
Change of mind: We adhere to the statutory returns policy, giving a 14 day period from date of purchase to return the item. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning the item, which must be wrapped correctly (vases and moss bowls especially).
If the item arrives back to us damaged, we can not offer a refund.
