A vibrant 1930's jug by Grays Pottery.
THE STORY: Gray's Pottery was a British pottery company based in Hanley, Staffordshire, later Stoke-upon-Trent, which existed until it was taken over by Portmeirion Pottery in 1960. The company was founded by, and named after, Albert Edward Gray.
CONDITION: This piece has the usual crackles/glaze imperfections that you would expect for a used item of this age. A few marks around the base but nothing detracts from the overall look.
