Beswick Zebra – 1950s mid-century vase by Albert Hallam, 15cm

A stunning 1950s Beswick Zebra vase with a red interior finish, modelled by Albert Hallam. The piece carries both impressed and printed backstamps, along with the 1343-2 model number on the base.

THE STORY OF THE VASE
Made in the United Kingdom during the 1950s, this vivid piece of mid-century modernist design belongs to the Zebrette series. Its stylised bottle form and hand-painted sable black stripes on chiffon cream are finished with a bright gloss interior, making it a striking and rare find.

CONDITION
Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, damage or crazing.
